According to Joshua Herdman (who plays Goyle, one of Draco Malfoy's friends in the Harry Potter movies) at the MuggleMayhem conference in the UK, his character will die instead of Crabbe (played by Jamie Waylett), due to Waylett's jail sentence and his inability to film. Herdman also mentioned that as of now, the Deathly Hallows movies are going to be split once the trio is captured by the snatchers and just before they are taken to Malfoy Manor.
The paperback version of DH in the US is no. 2 on the New York Times Bestseller's list, beating out the Twilight series.
Although the characters (and relationship of) Bill Weasley and Fleur Delacour were excluded in the most recent Harry Potter movie, their wedding will still be included in one of the DH movies, to the relief of many fans.

In the USA, the HBP movie is second in the box office, only having been recently beat out by G-Force. However, the movie still remains in first place in the UK, earning approximately £33million so far.
Happy birthday to Daniel Radcliffe, who plays Harry in the HP movies. He turns 20 today, and has already starred in seven films (six Harry Potter as well as December Boys) and a Broadway show (Eqqus). Best wishes for his future career!
